How it works

From a sticky-note idea to a working, money-making app.

Every child follows the same proven journey a real startup takes, broken into six phases a young builder can own. Here's how it works, and exactly what it costs.

The six phases

One continuous journey: idea → app → startup

Six progressive phases. Students are placed by ability, not age, and move up only when they've truly earned it, from their first idea to launching a real startup.

Think Like a Founder

Before a line of code, students learn to spot problems worth solving and shape them into an idea. This is where the founder mindset takes hold.

Build Your MVP

Turn the idea into a first working version. Students learn the fundamentals and logic-first thinking needed to build something that actually runs.

Make It a Real App

Design and polish the product into something people actually want to use, using AI as a genuine tool, but only once the fundamentals are solid.

Questions parents ask

Everything you're wondering

We work with young people aged 11 to 19. Because we place by ability rather than age, a curious 11-year-old and a GCSE student can each start at exactly the right level for them.

None at all. Many of our students start with zero interest in coding, and that's often where the biggest transformations happen. The free assessment shows us the right starting point.

Sessions run live and interactive so your child gets real mentorship and feedback. We'll confirm the exact format and schedule that suits your family during the assessment.

If your child follows the programme, attends at least 90% of lessons and completes the weekly task (even if it's delayed), and still hasn't built a working, money-capable AI app within 24 weeks, we continue teaching at no additional cost until they do. We can stand behind it because we've seen it happen again and again.

A money-making app and an app that already makes money are two different things. Your child builds a money-making app: one shaped around a real gap, problem or service they've found themselves, with genuine income-earning capability, not just a class project. That process of finding the idea and building it for real is what teaches them to think like an entrepreneur. We can't guarantee any specific app will earn money from day one, but we can guarantee your child will build a genuine builder's mindset, and the confidence to become the founder of their own app or venture one day.

Around 4 hours a week: a 2-hour lesson on the weekend and a 2-hour workshop on a weekday, running across the 24-week programme. It's designed to build genuine momentum without overwhelming a child's schoolwork or family life.

Not just a certificate, a real, working app they built, the confidence of having launched it, and the mindset to keep building. Many students leave with a genuine venture idea they're excited to pursue.
